Few if any know his real name, age, or what he looks like for that matter as it seems to change as often as his pistol clips. He's claimed to have been sired during the crusades, in the court of Louis XIV, on the ship of a legendary pirate. . . who knows for certain? There are a few things that do coincide: he's French, he has been a soldier in most of the wars known to modern man, he despises the Tremere and toreadors, he could out-drive Niki Laura, Artyon Senna, Michael Schumacher, John Force, and Richard Petty while lighting a cigarette, and he could kill you where you stand.
Ever involved in the politics of any city he ventures into, Raigen is less of a politician as he is a ruthless dictator on the rise. Likened to Josef Stalin and Michael Corleone. . .with the personality of Jack Nicholson. . .He gains power by whatever means necessary, his allies and "friends" be damned.

Heavy wooden, double doors lead in to a natural rosewood floor. Ornate, stained black moldings of cyprus wood make up a wainscoting up to the chair molding with similar, mahogany paneling reaching the ceiling. Rosewood moldings frame fresco murals of the life and unlife of Caine that progress to a set of rosewood and black french doors with nearly opaque stained glass that lead into the bishop's office where burgundy carpet, an ornate black desk, a rosewood fireplace, and a black grandfather clock almost steal the show from a regal chair behind the bishop's desk.
